Today we all attended the opening for Barry McGee (Twist) & Clare Rojas entitled, "The Big Sad" at the Riverside Art Museum. This museum was odd. The exhibit was quite small for a museum show and the presentation seemed out of place. For example, coinciding with this event was a Raymond Pettibon exhibit which was displayed in a hallway. I guess the message in the end, big or small space ...good art will still prosper.
