Tuesday Slamxhype Interview

Are you looking for further reading? I was interviewed by friend and fellow Art Center Alum, Jeff Mcmillan from Slamxhype last week while I vacationed in San Francisco. It's a laid back interview and I kept it honest and pretty straight forward. You interested? Read our conversation here. Thanks Jeff! We definitely need to catch up soon.

Promotional Consideration Appreciated!

Seems like the news for my solo exhibition is spreading. Got mentioned by Hypebeast, SlamxHype, Arrested Motion, Daily Dujour, Hatena Atenna Japan, Hi-Fructose Magazine and Theme Magazine.
There are a number of you out there and I would like to thank you for your shout-outs. Every plug helps, so please spread the news and keep the echoing factor alive. I'll see you all in 3 days!

The end of my note is dedicated to Jeremy Asher Lynch, friend and Editor at Game Show Network who generously provided the video you see above. He is awesome. So thanks braddah! We can go surf now!!!

Interview on NBC 4 News UPDATED

I spent this morning floating amid a magical landscape of salt water. Until the phone rang. It was Maria Kwong, Director of the Japanese American National Museum in Los Angeles. The local news (NBC 4) wanted to do an abrupt feature on the ongoing Kokeshi exhibition and she wanted me to talk about my experience participating in it. So without time to change, I blasted-off to the downtown district, waited for the crew to set up, enjoyed Maria speaking about the exhibition and got filmed for about 5 minutes. Thanks to Christina Conway for sending me the video link!

The 1 Million Apologies

Man, I didn't realize how long it's been since I have posted and I am very sorry about that folks. Now that my solo show is done, it's off to dreaming about future possibilities and endevors. Other than that I am working on a few film projects & commercials I can't talk about right now. So what can I talk about? Art! And I did it here
and here for this. Enjoy.
