Do you remember Project: Gallery? It's where my solo exhibition was held in 2008. And by the end of that year, they have outgrown their dwelling and relocated to a new space in Culver City. Still on Washington Blvd, renamed as LeBasse Projects, the gallery sizes at 2400 sq. ft and can be located next to Koplin Del Rio Gallery.
